Magnetic Resonance Imaging
Magnetic Resonance Imaging
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a method of obtaining an exact
image of the body in order to detect injuries. This does not use
x-rays, but it is accomplished with a powerful magnetic field in a
confined space. The image is much more precise than any other method of
obtaining an anatomic image.
