-
high blood pressure, arthritis
Most conditions of hypertension can be lowered to normal or close to normal without drugs by adopting a healthy lifestyle of exercise, weight control, nutrition and food supplements. Healthy nutrition means to eat no refined carbohydrates or glucose, eat fruits and vegetables which should include some with generous amounts of potassium, eat lean protein, cold water fish, fiber and sprouted grain bread, but limit salt to no more than 2.2 grams per day. Exercise at least thirty minutes three times per week. Best food supplements are policosonal, fish oil, and multivitamins; best special foods are celery stalks or celery juice and two table spoons of ground flax seed each day taken in water, soy milk or fruit juice.
