Proper nutrition plus weight control will lower the hypertension level. Proper nutrition means to eat no refined glucose or carbohydrates, eat fruits, vegetables, lean protein, sprouted grain bread, cold water fish, celery stalks or celery juice, and two table spoons of ground flax seed taken every day mixed in water, soy milk or fruit juice.
