Drugs should be considered as a last resort and only upon direction of the doctor. Healthy nutrition means to eat no refined carbohydrates or sugar, eat fruits, vegetables, cold water fish, fiber, sprouted grain bread, celery stalks or celery juice, ground flax seed taken in soy milk, or water, multivitamins, policosonal, and fish oil. Medicine for high blood pressure will adversely affect cholesterol or arthritis.
