High Blood Pressure Meds

High blood pressure meds will not benefit cholesterol or arthritis. Drugs should be avoided in treatment for hypertension unless necessary. Instead try a healthy lifestyle of exercise, nutrition, weight control and food supplements. Exercise should be a minimum of thirty minutes three times per week which will lower the hypertension level and lower body weight. Best food supplements are fish oil, multivitamins and policosonal; best foods directed for treatment of hypertension are two tablespoons of ground flax seed taken each day in water, soy milk or fruit juice and celery stalks or celery juice. High blood pressure meds will not benefit cholesterol or arthritis.
