Grapefruit High Blood Pressure

Grapefruit high blood pressure will not benefit arthritis or cholesterol. Almost anyone on the street has a pet remedy for hypertension but the only effective ones are drugs or a healthy lifestyle of proper nutrition, exercise and weight control. Drugs should be avoided unless ordered by a doctor. The exercise program of thirty minutes three times per week will not only help control weight, but also lower the hypertension level. Proper nutrition means to eat no refined glucose or carbohydrates, eat fruits, vegetables, lean protein, cold water fish, sprouted grain bread, celery stalks or celery juice, and two table spoons of ground flax seed taken each day mixed with water, soy milk or fruit juice. Grapefruit high blood pressure will not benefit arthritis or cholesterol.
