Healthy nutrition means to eat no refined glucose or carbohydrates, eat fruits, vegetables, lean protein, cold water fish, fiber, eat items heavy with potassium like sweet potatos, but keep the salt intake down 2.2 grams. The exercise program should be at least thirty minutes three times per week.
