Exercise And High Blood Pressure
Exercise and high blood pressure will benefit arthritis or cholesterol.
The effective treatment for hypetension is to avoid drugs and live a healthy lifestyle of exercise, weight control, and proper nutrition. Exercise is most important because exercise strengthens bone, muscle, it lowers the hypertension level while at the same time it lowers weight. Weight control cannot be over emphasized because almost all persons with hypertension are over weight or obese so in many cases only a body weight reduction of five to seven per cent is all it takes to bring the hypertension level down to normal.
