An exercise program of thirty minutes three times per week will lower the hypertension level and lower body weight. Best food supplements are policosonal, fish and multivitamins. Special foods for hypertension are two table spoons of ground flax seed taken each day in water, soy milk or fruit juice and celery stalks or celery juice.
