The exercise program should be thirty minutes three to six times per week which will lower the hypertension level, lower weight, and strengthen muscle and bone. Healthy nutrition means to eat no refined glucose or carbohydrates, eat fruits, vegetables, lean protein, cold water fish, celery stalks, and take each day two table spoons of ground flax seed in water, soy milk or fruit juice. Best food supplements are fish oil, policosonal, and multivitamins. Limit salt to 2.3 grams, but eat at least 4 grams of potassium each day.
