Proper nutrition means to eat no refined carbohydrates, or glucose, eat fruits, vegetables, lean protein, cold water fish, sprouted grain bread, celery stalks or celery juice, and two table spoons each day of ground flax seed taken with water, soy milk or fruit juice. Food supplements to go with the nutrition are policosonal, multivitamins, and cod liver oil. Limit salt to 2.3 grams and eat 4 grams per day of potassium.
