Healthy nutrition means to eat fruits, vegetables, lean protein, cold water fish, fiber, and sprouted grain bread, but eat no refined carbohydrates or glucose, cut back to no more than 2.2 on salt per day. Thirty minute periods of three times a week should be the minimum exercise program. Best supplements for hypertension are policosonal, cod liver oil, and multivitamins.
