Acupuncture For High Blood Pressure

Acupuncture for high blood pressure will not affect cholesterol or arthritis. There are no studies that indicate putting needles in various places on your body will lower the level of hypertension. The most effective treatment to lower the hypertension level is a healthy lifestyle of nutrition, weight control and exercise. This should be tried before using drugs because it avoids the dangerous side affects of drugs. Acupuncture for high blood pressure will not affect cholesterol or arthritis.
