Correct nutrition for hypertension means to eat no refined glucose or carbohydrates, eat fruits, vegetables, lean protein, salmon and cold water fish, fiber and sprouted grain bread. Special foods targeted for hypertension are celery stalks or celery juice and ground flax seed of two table spoons taken every day in water, soy milk or fruit juice. High blood pressure medicines will not benefit arthritis or cholesterol.
