Exercise a minimum of thirty minutes three times per week and if able, build up to six times per week. Food supplements necessary are policosonal, fish oil and multivitamins. Best special foods are celery stalks or celery juice, and two table spoons of ground flax seed taken each day in soy milk, water or fruit juice.
