Proper nutrition means to eat no refined glucose or carbohydrates, eat lean protein, fiber, sprouted grain bread, fruits, vegetables, cold water fish, celery juice or celery stalks, and two table spoons of golden brown flax seed ground up taken each day mixed with water, soy milk or fruit juice.
