Healthy nutrition means to eat no refined carborhydrates or glucose, eat fruits and vegetables and include some with much needed potassium, eat lean protein, cold water fish, fiber and sprouted grain bread; best special foods are celery stalks or celery juice and two table spoons full of ground flax seed mixed in water, soy milk or fruit juice. Reduce salt intake to 2.2 grams per day. High blood pressure medications will not benefit arthritis or cholesterol.
