High blood pressure, arthritis
The normal level of heart force in the arteries is l20 over 80 and any reading above 140 over 90 is hypertension. In the early years there are no symptoms and the first indication might be a severe complicatiom such as stroke or heart attack. The best protection is to take readings of the heart force every few months. There are inexpensive portable recorders that are available in most drug stores; some drug stores have recorders that are for the public to use without charge.
