Erectile Dysfunction

Erectile Dysfunction

Erectile Dysfunction is a sexual condition in which the penis is unable to form or sustain an erection for satisfactory sex, although ejaculation may be possible.

There are many causes of this condition, including disease, physical disability, psychological impediments, hypertension drugs, low testosterone, or generally poor health.

For treatment, the first step is to have an examination by an urologist to determine the cause. If it is a physical disability, the underlying cause may require surgery. If it is psychological, a specialist who gains the confidence of the person can help this condition.

Drugs can be avoided if drugs are the cause. A change in lifestyle to healthy nutrition and exercise can overcome poor health and low levels of testosterone. Read the article “Keys To Reaching The Century Mark.” And, of course, one always has the option to use the popular erectile dysfunction drugs like Viagra or Cialis.
