Dandruff
Dandruff Research
Dandruff is a skin disease called Seborrheic Dermatitis which affects the scalp creating scales and flakes. The dandruff is the flaky skin dropping from the scalp. This condition develops gradually and sometimes with itching.
Treatment for dandruff depends primarily on shampoos containing substances to cure dandruff. There is little research on the best dandruff shampoos which requires the patient to get treatment from a dermatologist or depend on the manufacturer's label and instruction for proper shampoos. There are many good products available.
