Coffee

Coffee – its Multiple Benefits

Do not quit drinking your coffee. Coffee has been found to strengthen memory and prevent memory loss. Research confirms it to be important item for memory retention and improvement. If you are not drinking coffee you might be tempted to do so, because a strong memory helps prevent Alzheimer’s.

In a study reported by the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition in August, 2006, research on 676 healthy men in Finland, Italy, and the Netherlands showed that non-coffee drinkers had four times more memory loss than the men who drank three cups of coffee per day.

Coffee helps prevent diabetes as well.  Consider the research released in June, 2006:  Several thousand post menopausal women drinking four or more cups of coffee per day for many years were 16 percent less likely to develop type 2 diabetes than women who did not drink coffee.

Instant coffee has the same health benefits as regular coffee and is often more convenient when preparing only one cup.

Another benefit of coffee is the feeling of exhilaration created from that first cup of coffee in the morning.
