Cholesterol Meds
Cholesterol meds will adversely affect arthritis and high blood pressure.
Drugs will lower the lipoproteins level but should be avoided because of dangerous side affects including dizziness, headache, muscle loss, sleep problems, liver problems and pain. The most effective remedy for an elevated level of lipoproteins is a healthy lifestyle of proper nutrition, exercise and weight control.

Proper nutrition means to eat no refined carbohyhdrates or glucose, eat fruits, vegetables, lean protein, cold water fish, sprouted grain bread, and two table spoons daily of ground flax seed mixed in water, soy milk or fruit juice. The exercise program should be thirty minutes three to six times per week which will lower body weight and lower lipoproteins. Food supplements to add to the nutrition are policosanol, multivitamins, and fish oil.
