Cholesterol levels may affect blood sugar and arthritis. The satisfactory range of the lipoproteins level is l40 to 200 milligrams. The goal is not to get the level as low as possible, but to get it within the satisfactory range with 25 percent or more of total lipoproteins in the HDL good lipoproteins.
