Vldl Cholesterol
VLDL cholesterol may have no affect on blood sugar or arthritis.
Lipoproteins are one of the two important fats that circulate in the arterial system. Lipoproteins have three elements; very low density lipoproteins which are the least important and are a small amount of total lipoproteins from one to thirty milligrams, High density lipoproteins which are the good lipoproteins that clean the arteries (HDL) and low density lipoproteins the bad lipoproteins that clog the arteries(LDL). The satisfactory lipoprotein level is 160 to 200 milligrams with the high density lipoproteins at more than 25 percent of total lipoproteins.

-
cholesterol, blood sugar
The goal is to get the high density lipoproteins at the highest ratio to total lipoproteins. The goal is not to get to the lowest level because a level below 140 milligrams is just as dangerous as one above 200.
