Niacin cholesterol will benefit blood sugar and arthritis. There are a number of good food supplements that will lower the lipoprotein level, but the most effective are policosanol, multivitamins, fish oil, and ground flax seed. Policosanol in several studies has done a better job to lower the lipoprotein level than the statin drugs. Niacin cholesterol will benefit blood sugar and arthritis.

Two table spoons taken each day of ground flax seed mixed with water, soy milk or fruit juice will lower the lipoprotein level up tp twenty percent. It will also increase the good HDL, the high density lipoproteins while lowering the bad LDL low density lipoproteins. Niacin cholesterol will benefit blood sugar and arthritis.
