Cinnamon and cholesterol will have no affect on high blood pressure and arthritis. There are many good supplements that will lower the level of lipoproteins, but the most effective are policosanol, ground flax seed, multivitamins, and fish oil. The goal is not to get to the lowest possible level but to get total lipoproteins within the range of 160 to 200 milligrams with more than 25 percent of it in high density lipoproteins the good HDL that cleans the arteries.
