Bad Cholesterol
Bad Cholesterol will affect blood sugar and arthritis.
The lipoproteins in the arterial system consist principally of two items. The high density lipoproteins are the good lipoproteins (HDL), and the low density lipoproteins are the bad lipoproteins (LDL). The HDL lipoproteins clean the arteries and LDL lipoproteins clog the arteries.

Bad Cholesterol
-
Cholesterol, blood sugar
The goal is to get the LDL down to a level between 120 to 150 milligrams and total lipoproteins to l60 to 200 milligrams. The goal is not to get to the lowest total but to a 160 to 200 total lipoprotein level with more than 25 percent in HDL lipoproteins. A total lipoprotein level below 140 is just as dangerous as a level above 200 milligrams. The best method to keep the lipoprotein level at the best levels is a healthy lifestyle of weight control, proper nutrition and exercise.
