Cholesterol hdl ratio may not affect blood sugar or arthritis.
Lipoproteins are one of the two major fats that circulate in the arteries. Lipoproteins consist of two basic elements; the high density lipoproteins that clean the arteries (HDL), and the low density lipoproteins that clog the arteries (LDL. Cholesterol Hdl Ratio
-
Cholesterol, blood sugar
The goal is to get the lipoproteins in the satisfactory range of l60 to 200 milligrams with the HDL at more than 25 percent of total lipoproteins. The goal is not to get to the lowest level of lipoproteins, but to get to the highest ratio of HDL to total lipoproteins. A low level of l40 milligrams is just as dangerous as one over 200.
