Tinnitus vertigo may affect high blood pressure but not heel spurs. The condition in which a person has recurring attacks of disabling dizziness plus hearing loss and ringing in the ears is called Miniere's disease. This usually only happens in one ear but symptoms include sudden attacks of dizziness, nausea and vomiting that last up to 24 hours and then slowly disappear.
