Benign Postural Vertigo
Benign postural vertigo will have no affect on blood sugar or lactose intolerance.
Paroxysmal positional dizziness is a condition that happens frequently. It begins suddenly and only lasts a few seconds. This could be from a blow to the head or age related degeneration. While lying down in bed, it can be triggered by a sharp movement of the head from left to right or from right to left, or backward looking up. This condition is harmless and will clear up without treatment.
