Illness Vertigo
Illness vertigo may affect high blood pressure but not liver problems.
Attacks of dizziess come in many forms but the major type is when a person has a feeling of spinning or moving or has a feeling that objects are spinning or moving while standing still. Along with this are symptoms of loss of balance and nausea. This could last for a short time or for hours or days. Lying down may help but may not stop the dizziness.

Dizziness attacks that have mild symptoms with no underlying conditins will recover without treatment. More severe cases should be under a doctor's care for diagnosis and treatment.
