Benign exercise positional vertigo will not affect liver problems but may benefit high blood pressure. Dizziness caused by a blow on the head or an age related injury of degeneration, happens frequently but only lasts a few seconds. This condition is triggered while lying in bed with a sharp turn of the head from right to left or left to right or from a sharp movement of the head backward.
