Positional vertigo will have no effect on blood sugar or liver problems. Sometimes a short attack of dizziness may come from a blow to the head or possibly from an age related degeneration. It could happen when a person is lying in bed and moves the head sharply to right, left or backward to look up. Positional vertigo will have no effect on blood sugar or liver problems.
