This is a harmless condition that clears up on its own in a few weeks. If the person has problems with balance these exercises will help. While standing up, lift up one leg and try to hold it up for ten seconds. Alternate the legs with this exercise for ten repititions. Another exercise is to walk on your heels with the toes pointing upward Walk for several feet at a time.
