Blood Sugar High
-
Blood sugar, cholesterol
The goal of the diabetic is to control the disease within or close to within the normal range so that the condition will not have severe complications in the progression of the disease. Diabetis 2 can be controlled by proper nutrition, weight control. and exercise. Since most diabetics are obese, a reduction in body weight of five to ten percent may be all it takes to drop the glucose level into the normal range. An exercise program should be a minimum of thirty minutes three times per week.
