To keep the glucose level in the normal range requires proper diet, weight control, and exercise. Proper diet is to cut down on sweets, eat no refined carbohydrates, eat fruits,vegetables, lean protein, fiber, a multivitamin and one half a teaspoon of cinnamon sprinkled on food or in capsules a day.
