cholesterol, arthritis

The control of the glucose level within the normal range is weight control, proper nutrition and exercise. A program of exercise should be a minimum of thirty minutes three times per week. Exercise will not only lower the glucose level, it will also lower the weight. Most diabetics are obese and in many instances a five to ten percent reduction in body weight is all it takes to get the glucose level to normal. The blood diabetes level with normal sugar will not be affected by cholesterol but could affect arthritis.
