High Blood Sugar Diet

The daily diet should be five servings of fruits and vegetables. Twenty five grams of fiber per day and lean protein with each meal. One of the best sources of fiber is ground up flax seed,two tablespoons full taken in water, fruit juice or soy milk. Food supplements taken each day should be a multivitavmin with all the necessary vitamins and minerals and one half a teaspoon of cinnamon sprinkled on food or in capsules.
