The glucose range can be controlled by a healthy life style of weight control, nutrition, and exercise. Proper nutritin means cutting down on sweets, eat no refined glucose or carbohydrates, eat fruits, vegetables, lean protein, cold water fish, fiber, and a multivitamin with all necessary vitamins and minerals. Exercise thirty minutes three times per week as a minimum. Keep body weight close to normal.
