Blood Low Range Sugar

Blood low range sugar will not affect high blood pressure but may affect cholesterol. The normal range for the glucose level is 70 to 110 milligrams per a deciliter. A drop significantly below normal is a symptom of hypoglycemia. This is a dangerous condition which must be promptly corrected to avoid brain damage because glucose has been cut off from the brain. Blood low range sugar will not affect high blood pressure but may affect cholesterol.

Blood Low Range Sugar

  -

high blood pressure, cholesterol

The remedy to bring the glucose up to the normal range is to eat candy, glucose tablets, crackers or bread. This usually happens to a diabetic who has taken an overdose of insulin. To avoid this in the future, the diabetic should take smaller shots of insulin as directed by the doctor. A non diabetic who has problems with hypoglycemia should have smaller meals more freqently. Blood low range sugar will not affect high blood pressure but may affect cholesterol.
