High glucose levels can be controlled by proper hutrition, exercise and wieght control. All refined carbohydrates must be eliminated from the diet which should be mostly fruits, vegetables, fiber, and lean protein. A multivitamin with all the necessary vitamins and minerals should be taken daily along with one half a teaspoon of cinnamon. Cinnamon tastes great on a slice of sprouted grain bread sprinkled on a thin layer of peanut butter.
