Diabetic Blood Sugar Level

  -

blood sugar, high blood pressure

Diabetes 2 can be controlled with nutrition, exercise and weight control. Weight control is of most importance because ninety percent of people afflicted with diabetes are obese; and a five to ten percent body weight loss is all it may take to bring their glucose within the normal level. An exercise program of a minimum of thirty minutes three times a week will not only lower glucose levels but also lower weight. Diabetic blood sugar level may effect high blood pressure and cholesterol.
