Rheumatory Arthritis
-
arthritis, cholesterol
The starting treatment should be rest and a healthy diet. Exercise irritates the joints so exercise should be held to the minimum. Exercise
just enough to keep the joints supple and to
prevent tightening of the joints. If drugs are
necessary start with mild ones and progress to
aggressive drugs if needed. All drugs should be
under a doctor's care and closely monitored for
progress and for dangerous side affects.
