Poly Arthritis
-
arthritis, high blood pressure
The beginning treatment should be rest and a healthy diet. Exercise irritates the joints so
exercise should be limited to just enough to keep
the joints supple and free from tightening up.
When drugs become necessary, start with mild drugs
and if needed progress to stronger and more
aggressive drugs under a doctor's care.
