Arthritis Medication

Arthritis medication will not help cholesterol or high blood pressure. Drugs such as Aspirin,Ibuprofin and Napoproxin have been effective in pain relief, but prolonged use may cause bleeding ulcers which are life threatening. Other drugs called Cox 2 Inhibitors seem to relieve pain are even more dangerous because they can cause stroke and heart disease. Vioxx was taken off sale by the Federal Drug Administration for risk of stroke and heart disease but was later reinstated with a requirement to put strong labels of warning. Arthritis medication will not help cholesterol or high blood pressure.
